Design Concept
1. The picturesque view and history of Omotesando
2. A symbol of the birth and the future of Omotesando Hills
3. The Japanese cultural message to the world Basic
The Omotesando Hills logo design is a stylized version of the Japanese character, or kanji, for the middle ‘san’ of the name ‘Omotesando’. This encapsulates our hope that the complex will become an integral part of the picturesque surroundings of Omotesando and embedded into the history of the area. The logo also expresses our hope that the complex will act as a milestone in the visibility of Japanese culture throughout the world. The three strokes in the lower half of the “san” logo are connected to symbolize the ‘Spiral Slope’, the iconic design feature of Omotesando Hills. The logo was designed by renowned Japanese graphic design team, Tycoon Graphics.
