◆Project History

1927 completed Dojunkai Aoyama Apartment complex
Around 1968 started the initiative to redevelop the site
1995 Great Hanshin & Awaji Earthquakes gives momentum to the redevelopment campaign.
1998 chosen Tadao Ando as the architect / The Tokyo Metropolitan Government sells the land to the redevelopment consortium.
April 2001 established Jingumae 4-Chome Urban Redevelopment Preparation Association
March 2002 Urban planning approved for the Type 1 City Reform Development for the Jingumae 4-Chome area
October 2002 established Jingumae 4-Chome Urban Redevelopment Association
March 2003 Property rights adjustment plan approved for the Type 1 City Reform Development for the Jingumae 4-Chome area
August 2003 stated construction
January 2006 completed construction
February 2006 Omotesando Hills grand opening
