The premises are equipped with over-sized directional speakers featuring very efficient long distance sound transmission, allowing authentic sound movements and sound-zoning.

By installing a plane-wave speaker in each of four columns to utilize the unidirectional characteristics of the speaker, a spectacular sound environment can be achieved above the stairwells.

When coupled with the acoustic and visual effects, a variety of moving lighting systems ranging from basic fluorescent light tubes to stage lighting instruments create a spectacular environment, unique only to Omotesando Hills.

Lit up at night, the 250-meter long LED facade of the building turns itself into an art canvas by blending the shop windows of retail stores into the environment.

Top-class engineering creates magical spaces.

As part of the "+NOP" objective to achieve an inspiring environment with the maximum utilization of the latest technologies, we strive to incorporate a sense of time passing, seasonal elements, and more importantly, the icon of Omotesando, the rows of Japanese Zelkova trees, into the design concept. The seasonal project, "+NOP Season Contents," employs a system to create an indoor environment based on the images of the Zelkova trees as “data parameters”.
