We provide a team of resourceful concierge, available from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m..

The concierge desk is located at the Main Entrance, next to the information counter.
There are two multipurpose toilets equipped with handrails. these toilets can be used with the wheelchair.
There are coin lockers at Omotesando Hills.
Storage locker sizes:
Height Small: 32cm; Medium: 53cm
Width: 34cm
Depth: 57.5cm
Locker charges:
Small: ¥300 per day; Medium: ¥400 per day
Available hours: 11:00am–1:00am (Please note that after midnight, another day will be charged.)
※There are large-size coin lockers inside the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line’s ticket gate nearest to Omotesando Station Exit A2.

There is one public phone at Omotesando Hills.The type is a telephone to accept both the telephone card and the coin.
※You can use the public phones on the first floor of the Main Building to make international calls with a prepaid calling card.
